What would happen if you’re out with your girlfriend one night in the city, at a nice whole-in-the-wall restaurant. You’re enjoying small dishes, drinking bottle after bottle of beer and sake. You’re enjoying yourself for hours on end: the atmosphere, the food, drinks, people. Come eleven o’clock and you’re finishing up the third bottle of sake and you ask for the receipt. The lady hands a piece of paper with the number “$65″ written on it. “No problem” you think, as you’re getting out the wallet, when you realize as you’re then counting the money that you’re short, $10 short.

I’ll tell you what will happen: after nicely talking with the owner for a few minutes and trying to convince them to not kill you, they’ll make you promise to come back the next day with the remainder you owe.
