NUFS に比べて UNCG で今学期の授業は、とっっっっってもつまらな～～い！授業は英語で教えると分かってるが、とにかくそれほど大変ではない。
例え。1600 年からのアジア文明というクラス（HIS 216）では、水曜に地図上でいろいろ地域名と都市の位置を示すというのマップクイズがある。非西洋諸国の地理というクラス（GEO 104）では、外に出かけて見聞するというの 1 枚レポートを書かなきゃ。信じられないね。

まあ、明日金曜日は終業日だ。終業日ばかりじゃなくて、オレにとって日本語について正規の訓練が終わりになる。うちの大学のノースカロライナ大学グリーンズボロ校（UNCG）では、最高の日本語授業があるのは NUFS の T2 クラスのようなレベルというの授業があって、オレの日本語はそれ以上に進んでいたと思っているから、まあ、明後日から日本語について授業が終わりになっちゃった。自分で勉強は同じじゃない…。
少なくとも明日の夜は早朝までのパーティーがある。

Yes, I’m alive.
I’ve arrived on Thursday around 11pm (JST) to my apartment. Narita was fun, I sat in the waiting room listening to peoples’ conversations ー everyone assumed I didn’t understand Japanese (I am a gaijin after all). 日本語は採炭ではないけど、まだハードワークですよね。どれだけ日本語を勉強しても、毎日何かしら新しいことに到来すれば。腹立たしくて、時々ばかみたいですけど。
Meanwhile, I’m still waiting on the acceptance letter from NUFS, IPC continues to bombard me with forms and such, and school in general is demanding more and more of me as the semester draws to a close.
At this rate, studying in Japan will be a vacation!
