We, Lee and I, were both in a sort of panic this morning on our way to school to check out what classes we were put in to. When we got to the announcement board they had only put up the lower classes, so we had to wait around a little. Finally they put up the list we were interested in. We both made it into the same M3 class.

The upper level classes are M1 through M4, with M1 being the lowest of the advanced level classes, and N class being the class where people who are fluent get into.

We took the kanji placement test this morning. It was split in to two portions: write the readings of kanji and write the kanji. The reading portion was really easy I thought but the writing portion was way too difficult; I should have known how to write a lot of those!
